Basically, you have all the options available in the initial menu in the form of "smart" layers, which allow the adjustment and readjustment of the parameters, virtually, without affecting the original photograph (layer). This way you can adjust, combine, experiment and even adjust the parameters without affecting the original photo, until you save. You can even give up some adjustments or test the effect of their deletion (making the adjustment layer invisible), without having to use the Edit -> Step backword / History function. We all like pictures with beautiful, saturated colors that stand out. But most cameras prefer to reproduce colors in the most natural way, the result sometimes being below expectations. What can we do? We can call "instinctively" (I would say) the Saturation filter in the Image menu of Adobe Photoshop but, surprisingly, its use does not always produce the best results.
For added color and images that don't look overly processed, use the Vibrance filter from the same Image menu (or, better yet, the same filter but with the adjustment layer, from Layer -> New adjustment layer -> Vibrance, as I said at point 1). It's a popular way to increase color saturation in the Adobe Lightroom program, which has for some time found its place in Adobe Photoshop's menu.
